Nutritionally, kangaroo meat is superior to all the farmed meats. It is very lean and ideal for weight management for dogs on the portlier side. Kangaroos are never farmed, making it truly free range and as nature intended.

Roos graze a very wide variety of pastures, wild grasses, shrubs and trees, and as a result of this variety, they enjoy excellent health, and their meat has a wide array of macro and micronutrients. Kangaroo is considered a “cooling” meat, as it lives in a very dry and arid environment, and aids with treating pets with severe food allergies.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:

Keep frozen
Be sure to keep raw food portions frozen until ready for thawing.

Defrost properly
Place required portions of frozen raw food in the fridge and allow time for defrosting. If required sooner, place in hot water to thaw but not cook.

Storage and safety
Keep thawed patties in the fridge for no longer than 48 hours and do not cook as our recipes
contain bone.

Wash well
Thoroughly wash all utensils, work areas and hands with warm soapy water after contacting raw food.
